I dressed my nails for the season. How did I do it? Read this post.

I had wanted to do a sweater nail art for a long time. I found a knit pattern on my Moyra Aboriginal stamping plate and the inspiration came from my favourite pink sweater.

What I used

  •  Avon True Colour nail polish, pastel pink
  • Moyra stamping polish, silver
  • Moyra Aboriginal stamping plate
  • Moyra top coat for stamping
  • clear nail art rhinestones (Aliexpress)

I painted all my nails – except for my pinky – with two coats of the Avon nail polish. My pinky got two coats of the silver stamping polish. The great thing about these Moyra stamping polishes is that they can be used as regular nail polishes all over the nail.

When the nail polish was completely dry, I applied a thin layer of liquid latex around my middle and ring finger to protect my skin from the stamping polish. Once the latex was dry, I stamped the knit pattern on both nails using the silver stamping polish and sealed the image with some top coat for stamping. Using a small drop of top coat, I adhered a tiny rhinestone on my index finger and thumb. If you want the stones to stay on longer, use nail glue.

I finished off the manicure on the nails I didn’t stamp with a high shine top coat.
